- Prepare a 13 x 9-inch baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chocolate-flavor crisp rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine the large marshmallows, margarine, and reduced-fat peanut butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal and carefully stir with a wooden spoon until the cereal is well coated.
