1 (16 ounce) package frozen blackberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 large egg
5 tablespoons butter, melted
frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

For Baking the Cobbler

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Prepare an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking dish by coating it with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, delicately combine the frozen blackberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a hint of vanilla extract. Gently spread this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
