Instructions
Preparation of Chocolate Crust | |

1. | Place walnuts, cacao powder, soaked medjool dates in a food processor and process until very crumbly. |
2. | Dump the contents into a 6-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper and press down until even. |
3. | Set aside. |
Preparation of Cream Cake Filling | |
1. | In a high-speed blender, combine cashews, chopped pineapple, maple syrup, lemon juice, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. Utilize the tamper to ensure all ingredients are well blended. |
