Instructions

For the stir-fry

1. Begin by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, dark sesame oil, and chili-garlic sauce in a medium bowl.
2. Divide the sauce in half, reserving one half for the sauce and using the other half as a marinade.
3. Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade, allowing them to sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
