Ingredients

1 teaspoon Garlic Relish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pound smoked turkey breast, cut into ¼-inch dice
1 medium medium red onion, finely chopped
2 ribs celery ribs, cut into ¼-inch dice
1 cup flame or golden raisins (dried cranberries wouldn't be bad, either!)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 handfuls handfuls mixed greens (be generous)
1 splash splash Olive oil, for sprinkling
1 splash splash Balsamic vinegar, for sprinkling
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
4 slices slices cranberry (or raisin) pecan bread, toasted and buttered

Instructions

1. Prepare the exquisite mayonnaise by combining the Patak's Garlic Relish with mayonnaise, adjusting the flavors to your liking. For a stronger curry taste, add more garlic relish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced smoked turkey, finely chopped red onion, diced celery, raisins, and freshly ground black pepper. Gradually fold in the prepared curry mayonnaise until the salad reaches a cohesive consistency, ensuring it is not overly moist. Season with salt only if necessary, considering that smoked turkey is typically salted.
3. For serving, lightly drizzle a bowl of mixed greens with a hint of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as the curry mayo provides additional dressing. Top the greens with a generous portion of the turkey salad, sprinkle with coarsely chopped toasted walnuts, and a dash of black pepper.
