Instructions

    1. Begin by preheating the grill to a medium heat and delicately oiling the grate.
    2. In a bowl, place the diced mango pieces. Reserve a quarter of the pieces and transfer them to a blender along with the juice of 2 limes and the orange juice. Blend until a smooth texture is achieved.
    3. Combine the diced tomatillos, chopped red onion, diced jalapeno pepper, and fresh cilantro in the bowl with the mango pieces. Season the salsa with salt and freshly ground pepper.
    4. Pour the pureed mango mixture over the salsa and thoroughly combine the ingredients.
    5. Place the swordfish fillets on a plate and season them with the remaining lime juice, olive oil, as well as salt and black pepper to taste.
    6. Grill the swordfish on the hot grill until the fish easily flakes with a fork, approximately 4 minutes per side. Serve the fish topped with the delectable mango-tomatillo salsa.
