1⁄2 | teaspoon sea salt |
1⁄2 | teaspoon baking soda |
1⁄2 | cup pistachios, raw and shelled |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). |

2. | In a small saucepan, warm 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk for 2-3 minutes. Ensure the milk is warm to the touch. Pour into a small bowl and whisk in 1 teaspoon of matcha powder until dissolved. Set aside. |
3. | In a medium bowl, combine flour, sea salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, vanilla, tapioca flour, and matcha milk until the mixture resembles smooth caramel.
