1. | Begin by quartering the fresh strawberries and placing them in a mixing bowl. |

3. | Drizzle the strawberries with the tangy pomegranate molasses and give it a gentle stir to incorporate. |
4. | After 15 minutes, retrieve the canned full-fat coconut from the freezer. Scoop out the solid white coconut cream, reserving the translucent coconut liquid for another use. Whip the coconut cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth and fluffy. |
