4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 beef top sirloin steaks
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    1. Begin by preheating an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
    2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat; then mix in the minced garlic and garlic powder. Set the flavorful garlic butter aside.
    3. Season each side of the sirloin steaks generously with salt and pepper.
