Gourmet Beef Jerky Recipe

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon black pepper |
1 | tablespoon club house la grille montreal steak spice |
1 | tablespoon chili powder |
1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon chopped garlic |
⅓ | cup Worcestershire sauce |
⅓ | cup soya sauce |
⅓ | cup frank's redhot xtra hot sauce |
Instructions
1. | In a large Ziploc bag, combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously to ensure the dry spices are well mixed with the liquids. |

2. | Add 5 lbs of beef strips to the marinade mixture in the bag. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, ideally marinate for up to 12 hours for enhanced flavor. |
3. | Remove beef strips from the marinade and pat them dry with a cloth or paper towel. Place the strips into a dehydrator and dehydrate for approximately 8-12 hours until perfectly jerky-like. |
