A delicious homemade beef jerky recipe that is perfect for on-the-go snacking or packing for outdoor adventures.

Ingredients

1 beef, strips
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon club house la grille montreal steak spice
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
cup Worcestershire sauce
cup soya sauce
cup frank's redhot xtra hot sauce

Instructions

1. In a large Ziploc bag, combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously to ensure the dry spices are well mixed with the liquids.
2. Add 5 lbs of beef strips to the marinade mixture in the bag. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, ideally marinate for up to 12 hours for enhanced flavor.
3. Remove beef strips from the marinade and pat them dry with a cloth or paper towel. Place the strips into a dehydrator and dehydrate for approximately 8-12 hours until perfectly jerky-like.
