1 12 pounds Salmon Steaks, cut into 2" cubes
2 tablespoons Liao's Chili Chutney
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Spring Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
14 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
1 Lime
8 Skewers
2 tablespoons Thick Spicy BBQ or Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic-Ginger paste

Instructions

1. Prepare the marinade by combining Chili Chutney, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, chopped onion, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
2. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade mixture, ensuring they are coated evenly.
3. Allow the salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
4. Thread the marinated salmon onto skewers, preheat the grill to high temperature.
