12 teaspoon Caraway seeds, lightly crushed
1 teaspoon 1-2 teaspoons Sweet paprika, to taste
14 teaspoon Hot paprika, optional

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, delicately blend the Farmer's curd cheese, sour cream, and a medley of chives, dill, and parsley using a fork. Season with a pinch of salt and a generous amount of freshly ground pepper. Lightly crush the caraway seeds and add them along with a tasteful amount of sweet paprika, adjusting it to your preference. For an extra kick, consider incorporating a touch of hot paprika. Thoroughly blend the ingredients until the mixture reaches a smooth and spreadable consistency.
