2 cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
cup heavy cream

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Prepare an ungreased cookie sheet.
    3. In a bowl, combine cake flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Stir the mixture with a fork.
    4. Slowly pour heavy cream into the dry ingredients while stirring continuously. Mix well until the dough forms a ball. If the dough is too crumbly, add another tablespoon of cream.
    5. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
    6. Using a cookie cutter or a large drinking glass, cut the dough into 3-inch rounds.
    7. Arrange the crackers on the prepared cookie sheet and use a fork to prick the center of each cracker twice.
    8. Bake the crackers for 8 minutes on one side, then carefully flip them over using a metal spatula. Bake for an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until they have golden spots and slightly colored edges.
    9. Remove the crackers from the oven and transfer them to a cooling rack.
