1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F. |

5. | Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. |
6. | Using a cookie cutter or a large drinking glass, cut the dough into 3-inch rounds. |
7. | Arrange the crackers on the prepared cookie sheet and use a fork to prick the center of each cracker twice. |
8. | Bake the crackers for 8 minutes on one side, then carefully flip them over using a metal spatula. Bake for an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until they have golden spots and slightly colored edges. |
