Delight your senses with this homemade Nutty Maple Granola. A delicious blend of organic oats, crunchy nuts, seeds, and sweet maple syrup, baked to perfection. Enjoy as a delightful breakfast or snack option!

Ingredients

2 cups organic old fashioned oats
12 cup chopped or sliced almonds with skins
12 cup organic non-sweetened coconut
14 cup sesame seeds
12 cup pine nuts
12 cup sunflower seeds
12 cup pumpkin seeds
13 cup maple syrup (or honey, you also can substitute honey with 1-2 bananas)
12 cup whole pecans
12 cup raisins &/or chopped dried apricots or dried cranberries

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Combine the organic oats, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
3. Spread the mixture on a baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning. The granola is ready when evenly browned.
4. Add the dried fruit to the granola once it has cooled slightly. Store in a tightly covered container.
