Delight your senses with this homemade Nutty Maple Granola. A delicious blend of organic oats, crunchy nuts, seeds, and sweet maple syrup, baked to perfection. Enjoy as a delightful breakfast or snack option!
Ingredients
2 | cups organic old fashioned oats |

1⁄2 | cup chopped or sliced almonds with skins |
1⁄2 | cup organic non-sweetened coconut |
1⁄4 | cup sesame seeds |
1⁄2 | cup pine nuts |
1⁄2 | cup sunflower seeds |
1⁄2 | cup pumpkin seeds |
1⁄3 | cup maple syrup (or honey, you also can substitute honey with 1-2 bananas) |
1⁄2 | cup whole pecans |
1⁄2 | cup raisins &/or chopped dried apricots or dried cranberries |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). |

2. | Combine the organic oats, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl, mixing well. |
3. | Spread the mixture on a baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning. The granola is ready when evenly browned. |
4. | Add the dried fruit to the granola once it has cooled slightly. Store in a tightly covered container. |
