Delight your senses with this homemade Nutty Maple Granola. A delicious blend of organic oats, crunchy nuts, seeds, and sweet maple syrup, baked to perfection. Enjoy as a delightful breakfast or snack option!
| 2 | cups organic old fashioned oats |

| 1⁄2 | cup chopped or sliced almonds with skins | 
| 1⁄2 | cup organic non-sweetened coconut | 
| 1⁄4 | cup sesame seeds | 
| 1⁄2 | cup pine nuts | 
| 1⁄2 | cup sunflower seeds | 
| 1⁄2 | cup pumpkin seeds | 
| 1⁄3 | cup maple syrup (or honey, you also can substitute honey with 1-2 bananas) | 
| 1⁄2 | cup whole pecans | 
| 1⁄2 | cup raisins &/or chopped dried apricots or dried cranberries | 
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). |

| 2. | Combine the organic oats, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl, mixing well. | 
| 3. | Spread the mixture on a baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning. The granola is ready when evenly browned. | 
| 4. | Add the dried fruit to the granola once it has cooled slightly. Store in a tightly covered container. |
