1 | 1 handful baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped |
1 | clove 1 clove of garlic, minced |
2 | pinches 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper |
1 | pinch 1 pinch cayenne or paprika |
1 -2 | tablespoons 1-2 tablespoons neutral oil, butter or ghee |
| 1. | Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. Introduce your butter, ghee or olive oil. When it starts to sizzle, add your spinach, sauteing until it softens and wilts, approximately one minute. |
