| Preparation | |

| 1. | Combine the sorghum, adzuki beans, and black beans in a medium bowl. Cover with water by 2 inches and soak for 6 to 12 hours. | 
| 2. | Rinse the sorghum, adzuki beans, and black beans under running water after soaking. Repeat rinsing process twice. | 
| 3. | Just before cooking, rinse the rice and millet in a separate bowl under running water until the water is clear. Drain. |

| 1. | Combine all the grains and beans in an electric pressure cooker with 3 cups of water. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes, then allow natural steam release for 10 minutes. For a rice cooker, choose the multigrain setting. |

| 1. | Before serving, gently fluff the Japgokbap with a large spoon to mix the grains and beans evenly. |
