Lumpia Recipe - Easy and Delicious

Ingredients

30 | lumpia skins (substitute egg roll wrappers if you can't get lumpia skins) |
1 | cup vegetable oil (for frying) |
Instructions
1. | Begin by mixing all the ingredients together. |

2. | Place one tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each lumpia skin and carefully roll it into a cigar shape. Seal the edge of the wrapper by lightly wetting it with your finger. |
3. | In a wok or deep skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the lumpia until they are golden brown. |
