Instructions
1. | Begin by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. |

2. | In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with 1 cup of Cheddar, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, and the eggs. Fold in the minced onion, fresh parsley, minced garlic, and freshly ground black pepper. |
3. | Spread 1 1/2 cups of Alfredo sauce over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer with 4 lasagna noodles, followed by 1/3 of the decadent lobster meat, then 1/3 of the delicate baby spinach, and another drizzle of Alfredo sauce. Repeat these layers two more times: noodles, lobster meat, spinach, and sauce. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses on top. Gently shake the pan to settle the layers. |
4. | Loosely cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the cheese is beautifully browned, approximately 10 more minutes. |
