12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 teaspoon ground cumin

1 14 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

    1. In a ziploc bag, combine the paprika, salt, ground cinnamon, cumin, and black pepper.
    2. Add the boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces and ensure they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
    3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken pieces until they are thoroughly cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
    4. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and keep it warm.
    5. Reduce the heat to low and add the maple syrup, butter, and Dijon mustard to the skillet.
    6. Mix the ingredients well to create the glaze, then return the chicken pieces to the skillet, coating them evenly with the maple glaze.
