| 1 | small head cauliflower, cut into florets | 
| 1⁄4 | cup Mediterranean-flavored crumbled feta cheese (such as Athenos®) |

| 1. | Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). | 
| 2. | Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. | 
| 3. | Place the cauliflower florets in a large resealable bag. Drizzle with the oil mixture, then gently shake to coat evenly. Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed. | 
| 4. | Air-fry the cauliflower, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy around the edges, for a total of 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer the hot cauliflower to a serving bowl and sprinkle with crumbled Mediterranean-flavored feta cheese. Toss gently to combine. |
