| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |

| 1⁄4 | cup water | 
| 8 | ounces mushrooms, sliced | 
| 1 | onion, chopped | 
| 1 | cup walnuts |

| • | pepper to taste | 
| 1. | Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pan. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes. |
