A delicious spread made with roasted red peppers, tangy feta cheese, and a hint of garlic and cayenne

Ingredients

2 roasted, peeled, and seeded
1 garlic
1 pinch cayenne
250 g feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. In a food processor, puree roasted peppers, garlic, and a pinch of cayenne until smooth.
2. Add feta cheese and olive oil, then pulse until the mixture is just blended.
3. Serve the dip with grilled pita bread, crackers, chunks of French bread, or slices of baguette.
