A delicious spread made with roasted red peppers, tangy feta cheese, and a hint of garlic and cayenne
| 2 | roasted, peeled, and seeded |

| 1 | garlic | 
| 1 | pinch cayenne | 
| 250 | g feta cheese | 
| 2 | tablespoons olive oil | 
| 1. | In a food processor, puree roasted peppers, garlic, and a pinch of cayenne until smooth. |

| 2. | Add feta cheese and olive oil, then pulse until the mixture is just blended. | 
| 3. | Serve the dip with grilled pita bread, crackers, chunks of French bread, or slices of baguette. |
