2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add the white beans in a single layer. Allow them to brown lightly on one side for about 3-4 minutes before flipping to brown the other side, ensuring they become golden and slightly crunchy on the outside.
3. Introduce the prepared kale and sprinkle with salt. Cook for less than a minute, ensuring the kale retains some texture. Add the toasted walnuts and minced garlic, wait briefly, then sprinkle in the nutmeg. After a short pause, incorporate the lemon juice and zest.
