Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a professional food processor, delicately combine all topping ingredients and pulse until the mixture resembles the texture of sand. If a food processor is not available, combine all dry ingredients and incorporate chilled butter using the traditional method of 'cutting-in' with two knives until the desired consistency is achieved. Set the topping mixture aside in the refrigerator.
