1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). |
2. | Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds. |
3. | Place the spaghetti squash halves upside down in a microwave-safe dish with the rind facing upwards. Add ½ inch of water to the dish and microwave for 8 minutes or until the squash is tender. |

1. | Slice the Italian sausage into ½-inch pieces and brown it in a large skillet over medium heat. |
