Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
salt and ground black pepper to taste
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
6 medium carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
1 small onion, roughly chopped
2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry's)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

    1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir until the meat is browned and crumbly, typically taking 5 to 7 minutes. Proceed to drain and discard any excess grease.
    2. Transfer the cooked ground turkey to a slow cooker and combine it with the sliced potatoes, carrots, and chopped onion.
    3. In a large bowl, mix together the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and a teaspoon of black pepper. Once combined, pour this mixture into the slow cooker and ensure it is thoroughly mixed with the other ingredients.
    4. Cover the slow cooker and let the stew cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours until the vegetables are tender, or on High for 3 to 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
