   Savory Mushroom Stuffed Grilled Pork Burgers

Ingredients

Instructions
| 1. | In a skillet, saute the mushrooms, green onion, and minced garlic in butter until tender; set aside to cool. |

| 4. | Divide and spoon the mushroom mixture evenly onto the center of 12 patties. Place another patty on top and seal the edges tightly to encase the filling. | 
| 5. | Grill the patties over medium coals for about 20-22 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly cooked. |
