1 - 2 | tablespoons butter or margarine |
3 | lbs ground lean pork |
1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or to taste) |
1 | teaspoon seasoning salt |

2 | tablespoons prepared mustard (optional and to taste) |
Instructions

- In a skillet, saute the mushrooms, green onion, and minced garlic in butter until tender; set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, black pepper, and optional mustard; mix thoroughly.
- Shape the pork mixture into 24 equal-sized patties, approximately 4-5 inches in diameter (for both top and bottom patties).
- Divide and spoon the mushroom mixture evenly onto the center of 12 patties. Place another patty on top and seal the edges tightly to encase the filling.
- Grill the patties over medium coals for about 20-22 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly cooked.
