- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the pork chops with a blend of your favorite seasonings.
- In a heavy skillet or pan, heat oil and sear the pork chops until well-browned, while preserving the flavorful drippings.
- Add all the chopped vegetables to the reserved drippings in the pot and sauté for approximately 5 minutes, ensuring to scrape and incorporate all the flavorful bits from the bottom of the pot.
- Introduce the beef bouillon cubes to the pot, crush them, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the pot, and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan to prepare for the casserole.
- Spread the cooked wild rice evenly in the pan, followed by a layer of the sautéed vegetables.
- Arrange the seared pork chops on top of the vegetable and rice mixture.
