1 | cup sliced celery |
6 | tablespoons olive oil mayo |
1 | cup bulgur wheat |
2 | cups water |
1⁄2 | teaspoon curry powder |

1. | Cook bulgur wheat in water by bringing it to a boil and then letting it simmer for about 20 minutes until tender. Follow package instructions and allow the bulgur to cool. In a two-quart covered dish, combine the beans, celery, and cashews with the bulgur, stirring until well mixed. |
