Ingredients

2 brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 pork ribs

Instructions

    1. Presenting you with two cooking options: Choose what suits you best.
    2. Option 1: Combine all the ingredients and place them in a covered pan. Cook in a preheated 275F oven for 4 hours.
    3. Option 2: In a pressure cooker, place the rib meat along with 1 cup of water.
    4. Once the pressure cooker reaches full pressure, cook for 15 minutes.
    5. Drain the water from the pressure cooker and then add the sauce ingredients.
    6. Cook on high heat and allow it to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
