Instructions

1. | Combine Morton Tender Quick salt, brown sugar, liquid smoke, and water. Ensure everything is dissolved and pour the brine over the turkey drumsticks. |
2. | Refrigerate the brined turkey drumsticks in a covered container for 24 to 72 hours. |
3. | After brining, rinse off the brine, pat the turkey drumsticks dry with paper towels, and roast them at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes. |
