Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad Wraps

2 | teaspoons hot sauce |
1⁄2 | teaspoon onion powder |
1⁄2 | teaspoon garlic powder |
1⁄2 | teaspoon paprika |
4 | shredded cabbage |
2 | stalks celery, washed and chopped |
1 | carrot, peeled and grated |
1⁄2 | cup nonfat Greek yogurt |
2 | tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles |
4 | whole wheat tortillas |
Instructions

- In a small bowl or zip-top container, combine the chicken, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 10 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill, whether it be outdoors or indoors. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for approximately 8 minutes, turning them halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped celery, grated carrot, Greek yogurt, and cider vinegar. Toss the ingredients well.
- Thinly slice the chicken breasts and lay half a chicken breast on each tortilla. Divide the bleu cheese crumbles equally among the tortillas and top each with 1 cup of the slaw. Roll up the wraps and savor the burst of flavors!
