Delicious and fiery buffalo chicken salad wraps that will tantalize your taste buds with every bite.

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons hot sauce
12 teaspoon onion powder
12 teaspoon garlic powder
12 teaspoon paprika
4 shredded cabbage
2 stalks celery, washed and chopped
1 carrot, peeled and grated
12 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles
4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

    1. In a small bowl or zip-top container, combine the chicken, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 10 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
    2. Preheat the grill, whether it be outdoors or indoors. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for approximately 8 minutes, turning them halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
    3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped celery, grated carrot, Greek yogurt, and cider vinegar. Toss the ingredients well.
    4. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and lay half a chicken breast on each tortilla. Divide the bleu cheese crumbles equally among the tortillas and top each with 1 cup of the slaw. Roll up the wraps and savor the burst of flavors!
