3 garlic cloves

2 blanched unsalted peanuts

1. In a heavy skillet, heat small dried red chilies, garlic cloves, and olive oil until the garlic turns golden.
2. Stir the mixture frequently to ensure even cooking.
3. Remove the chilies and garlic, then add blanched unsalted peanuts into the flavored oil.
4. Continuously stir the peanuts over medium heat for about 5 minutes until they are slightly browned.
5. Sprinkle the peanuts with coarse salt and chili powder, and mix well to evenly coat.
6. Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the spicy peanuts to a covered jar or tin for storage.
7. Allow the peanuts to sit for at least 24 hours before serving to enhance the flavors.
