These Sticky Honey-Soy Glazed Chicken Wings are an irresistible blend of sweet and salty flavors with a slight kick. Ingredients

kilogram chicken wings

tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1. Create the marinade by combining the ketchup, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
2. Add the chicken wings into the bowl and toss until each piece is fully coated with the marinade.
3. Seal the bowl with a cover and allow the wings to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
4. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Remove the wings from the refrigerator, discard the marinade, and arrange the wings in a single layer on baking sheets.
6. Bake the chicken wings for 15 minutes. Then turn and baste the wings, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
7. Turn up the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C) and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and beautifully browned.
