Instructions
1. | Begin by washing the cherry tomatoes and delicately slicing off the tops. |

2. | Using a paring knife, carefully core the cherry tomatoes and remove the seeds and pulp using a small spoon. |
3. | Place the hollowed tomatoes upside down on a baking tray to allow the juices to drain. |
4. | Dice the tomato pulp and combine it with the juices and seeds in a bowl. |
5. | Drain the tuna and fold it into the tomato mixture, using between 1 and 2 cans of tuna per pint of cherry tomatoes. |
6. | Adjust the creaminess by adding mayonnaise to your desired level. |
7. | Briefly rinse a handful of capers and finely dice them before adding them to the mixture. Adjust the amount based on your preference. |
8. | Finely chop flat leaf parsley and mix it into the filling. |
