1 | clove garlic, minced or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder |
1 | dash pepper |
Instructions
For Marinated Lamb Chops | |

1. | Place the lamb loin chops in a shallow dish or a ziplock plastic bag. |
2. | Combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, parsley, oregano, basil, ginger, paprika, garlic, and pepper with 1/4 cup of water. Pour the marinade over the chops. |
3. | Cover or seal the dish (or bag) and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning the chops occasionally. |
4. | Grill or broil the chops for about 5 minutes, positioning them 3-4 inches from the heat source. |
5. | Turn the chops, brush with the marinade, and continue to broil for 3-5 minutes more. |
