6 pork chops

1 (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
12 cup milk
12 cup sour cream
14 teaspoon pepper
1 (24 ounce) package O'Brien potatoes, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
12 cup chopped onion
1 cup frozen onion rings

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
    2. Fry or bake the onion rings until extra crispy, then cool and finely chop; set aside.
    3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil, brown the pork chops, and drain any excess fat.
    4. Sprinkle the pork chops with seasoned salt and set them aside.
    5. In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of celery soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt.
    6. Stir in the O'Brien potatoes, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and half of the chopped onion rings.
    7. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    8. Arrange the seasoned pork chops on top of the potato mixture.
    9. Bake covered for 35 to 40 minutes until the pork chops are fully cooked.
    10. Top the dish with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped onion rings, then bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
