Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Fry or bake the onion rings until extra crispy, then cool and finely chop; set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil, brown the pork chops, and drain any excess fat.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with seasoned salt and set them aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of celery soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt.
- Stir in the O'Brien potatoes, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and half of the chopped onion rings.
