Tuna and Pasta Pot Pie
A delicious and easy-to-make tuna and pasta pot pie that is sure to impress your guests.
Ingredients
1 | tablespoon margarine or butter |

1 | large onion, chopped |
1 1⁄2 | small shell pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked |
1 | can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 | cup frozen peas, thawed |
1 | can tuna in water, drained and flaked into pieces |
1⁄2 | cup sour cream |
1⁄2 | teaspoon dried dill weed |
1⁄4 | teaspoon salt |
1 | package buttermilk biscuits or country biscuits |
Instructions
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 400°F. |

| 2. | In a medium ovenproof skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat. |
| 3. | Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
| 4. | Stir in the cooked pasta, condensed soup, peas, flaked tuna, sour cream, dried dill weed, and salt. Mix everything well together. |
| 5. | Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the mixture is hot. |
| 6. | Press the mixture down in the skillet to form an even layer. |
| 7. | Unwrap the biscuit dough and arrange the individual biscuits over the tuna mixture. |
| 8. | Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the tuna mixture is bubbly. |
