Tuna and Pasta Pot Pie

A delicious and easy-to-make tuna and pasta pot pie that is sure to impress your guests.

1 | tablespoon margarine or butter |

1 | large onion, chopped |
1 ½ | small shell pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked |
1 | can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 | cup frozen peas, thawed |
1 | can tuna in water, drained and flaked into pieces |
½ | cup sour cream |
½ | teaspoon dried dill weed |
¼ | teaspoon salt |
1 | package buttermilk biscuits or country biscuits |
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a medium ovenproof skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, condensed soup, peas, flaked tuna, sour cream, dried dill weed, and salt. Mix everything well together.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
- Press the mixture down in the skillet to form an even layer.
- Unwrap the biscuit dough and arrange the individual biscuits over the tuna mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the tuna mixture is bubbly.
