A delicious and easy-to-make tuna and pasta pot pie that is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 ½ small shell pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked
1 can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 can tuna in water, drained and flaked into pieces
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon salt
1 package buttermilk biscuits or country biscuits

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a medium ovenproof skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the cooked pasta, condensed soup, peas, flaked tuna, sour cream, dried dill weed, and salt. Mix everything well together.
5. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
6. Press the mixture down in the skillet to form an even layer.
7. Unwrap the biscuit dough and arrange the individual biscuits over the tuna mixture.
8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the tuna mixture is bubbly.
