Instructions

1. | In a blender, create a paste by combining equal parts of peeled ginger and garlic with a touch of water. |
2. | Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, turmeric, cayenne (if desired), cumin powder, and coriander powder. Set aside. |
