Baked Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

1 | cup heavy cream |
1 | teaspoon salt |
1 | teaspoon black pepper |
1 | cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 275°F. Grease the inside of a 9x13 inch baking dish generously with unsalted butter. |

2. | In a large bowl, combine the large eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk the mixture until well blended. |
3. | Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish. |
4. | Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, gently stirring with a rubber spatula halfway through. |
5. | After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the eggs. Stir the cheese into the eggs until fully incorporated. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the eggs are creamy and fully cooked. |
6. | Garnish the baked eggs with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot. |
