Baked Fish Fillets with Lemon and Spices
A delicious and flavorful dish of tender fish fillets baked to perfection with a blend of lemon juice, curry, cayenne, garlic, Mrs. Dash, and bouillon.
Ingredients
½ | lb fish fillet (any kind-I used Tilapia) |

2 | tablespoons lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon curry powder (optional) |
⅛ | teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 | clove garlic, minced |
½ | teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix |
½ | teaspoon chicken bouillon granule |
2 | tablespoons butter, melted |
Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. |

2. | Place the fish fillets in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. |
3. | Sprinkle the fillets with freshly squeezed lemon juice, a touch of curry powder, a hint of cayenne pepper, minced garlic, Mrs. Dash seasoning mix, and a pinch of chicken bouillon granules. |
4. | Drizzle the top of the fillets with melted butter. |
