Ingredients

3 ripe bananas (or 2 bananas and 1 grated apple)
60 g oil (or melted butter)
50 g sugar (or less sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg
150 g whole purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
80 g chocolate chips
100 g kefir or yogurt
40 g cacao

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ripe bananas, oil, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the whole purpose flour, cacao, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
5. Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full. Top each muffin with chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
