Instructions
For the toast | |

1. | Split the banana into three sections by gently pressing down the middle of the peeled banana. |
2. | Preheat the griller/broiler to medium heat. |
3. | Cut the banana in half crossways to create six pieces. |
4. | Place the bread slices on a baking tray and toast under the griller/broiler for 1 to 2 minutes, or until one side is toasted. |
5. | Spread the crunchy peanut butter on the untoasted side of each slice. |
