Berry Mascarpone Breakfast Pizza

1 | 12-inch pre-made pizza crust |

2 | tablespoons melted butter |
4 | tablespoons granulated sugar mixed with ground cinnamon |
12 | ounces (about 1 ½ cups) mascarpone cheese (you can cheat and use regular cream cheese, it just won't taste as good!) |
2 | tablespoons lemon juice |
About 2 cups of mixed berries like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries, or even thinly sliced peaches | |

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. |

2. | Brush the pre-made pizza crust with melted butter and sprinkle about half of the sugar and cinnamon mixture over it. |
3. | Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the butter starts to sizzle and the crust begins to turn light brown. Be careful not to over bake, as it may become too crispy. |
4. | Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool. |
5. | In a bowl, mix lemon juice into the mascarpone. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a small amount of milk to thin it out. |
6. | Spread the mascarpone evenly over the cooled pie crust. Arrange the berries on top in an artistic manner and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture. Serve in wedges, similar to pizza slices, garnished with small mint sprigs. |
