- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Coat fresh blueberries with about 2 tablespoons of flour and set them aside.
- Mix the remaining flour with other dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a large mixer bowl, blend the cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Incorporate eggs, then the flour mixture, melted butter, and milk and mix until just moistened.
- Gently fold in the coated blueberries.
- Fill paper-lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the pan immediately.
