4 cups water
½ cup skimmed milk
1 chamomile tea bag
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

    1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a gentle boil. Add the chamomile tea bag, then remove from the heat and allow it to steep for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard the tea bag.
    2. Add the skimmed milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the saucepan. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
    3. Serve the Chamomile Infused Nightcap immediately and enjoy the calming effects of this delightful concoction.
