2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons hot sauce

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons horseradish
12 tablespoon chili sauce
12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the dipping sauce by combining all ingredients and chilling for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the seasoning salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, cayenne pepper, poultry seasoning, and lemon pepper, reserving 2 tablespoons for later.
3. Rinse the chicken wings in cold water, pat them dry, and place them in a shallow baking sheet. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wings and let them marinate in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, for 1 hour.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Set aside. Place flour on a shallow plate.
5. Heat vegetable oil for deep-frying to 350°F (175°C).
