- In a separate bowl, elegantly whisk together beaten eggs, melted butter (optimal crunchiness achieved with 8 tbsp), and creamy milk.
- Should the melted butter coagulate when mixed with milk, simply heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, and watch the clumps vanish into decadent smoothness.
- Create a well within the dry mixture and pour in the luscious egg and milk blend.
- Gently whisk until the ingredients harmoniously unite, without overmixing.
- The baking duration and batter quantity will vary based on your waffle maker. Typically, I pour approximately a cup of batter for 2 waffles, baking until a deep golden hue emerges, which usually takes about 3 1/2 minutes in my experience. The richness of 8 tbsp or more butter negates the need for cooking spray.
