2 packages (7 ounce) packages of cinnamon biscuit mix
1 ½ cups Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
1 cup shredded apple (I used Red Delicious)
¾ cup buttermilk
oil (for frying)

Instructions

1. 1. Begin by preheating the oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. 2. In a spacious bowl, combine the cinnamon biscuit mix, shredded hash browns, and shredded apple. Ensure they are thoroughly coated with the dry biscuit mix. Pour in the buttermilk and stir well to achieve a uniform mixture. Using a teaspoon, carefully drop portions of the mixture into the hot oil. Fry until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
