Preparation and Cooking

3. Add the beaten egg white and slowly incorporate the cornstarch, stirring for an additional 3 minutes to ensure a uniform coating on the beef.
4. Cover and refrigerate the marinated beef for 3 hours, stirring well after 1.5 hours.
